Yes, I suppose you will. But like I said, not as if you have to start acting weird because of 'fog', most of the people, ^{if not all the people who are from there and on the community from Kazuha's world} got all 'yellowed eyed'. And yet, she was spared. But most for the most part, one by one, those who are on her world seem to be losing their 'yellow eyes' and returning to normal.
